About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Corcentric. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Mitigate customer frustration through effective communication and troubleshooting
  • Utilize resources and tools to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions
  • Support and document customer incidents, prioritizing and tracking issues
  • Evaluate and escalate cases to senior resources as needed
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Corcentric software solutions and support policies
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and conveying feedback for product improvement
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and responsive support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer support or technical support with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, a passion for technology, and strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Good understanding of software applications and SaaS platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and prioritize between multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

We also welcome candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or comparable training and certification
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Additional European language skills (Spanish)
  • Database research experience
