Mission Overview
In the realm of Cloud and Digital transformation, Arkema seeks a seasoned professional with expertise in information technology and a comprehensive understanding of analytical methodologies pertinent to the industrial manufacturing domain.
The primary responsibility of the Lead Business Process Strategist in FP&A will be to implement and uphold our CORE model, disseminate a thorough level of knowledge among our FP&A team, and facilitate integration with various stakeholders (Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
You will play a pivotal role in our organization and its digital evolution, collaborating with Financial Directors, Site FP&A, and Global Business Unit FP&A to drive our digital transformation initiatives forward.
This role may involve occasional travel as required.
Desired Qualifications
Candidates should possess extensive functional expertise in tools such as SAP, BI HANA, and Power BI. A minimum of 15 years of experience in FP&A and as a SAP CO Team lead across at least two significant implementations is essential.
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with functional processes and SAP CO modules
- Comprehensive understanding of FP&A processes, including Costing and Inventory valuation, Fixed Costs Reporting, Budgeting, and Margin Analysis (both Variable and Full), along with integration across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production.
