As a Fragrance Evaluation Trainee, you'll be responsible for developing your skills in fragrance evaluation and working closely with our experienced evaluators. You'll have the opportunity to develop your understanding of fragrance families, perfume archetypes, and evaluation protocols. You'll also have the chance to work on real-time briefs and participate in meetings related to building and curating our fragrance collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop basic fragrance understanding through guided learning and self-study
  • Undertake assignments in category teams and develop deep understanding of evaluation protocols, market and consumer dynamics
  • Shadow more senior evaluators on real-time briefs
  • Participate in meetings relating to building and curating the best in class fragrance collection

Requirements:
  • University Degree (or equivalent)
  • Verbal and written command of English
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using common PC applications
  • Competent olfactory skills
