Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding clients through digital transformation, maximizing the value realization and return on investment of purchased solutions and services, and increasing solution adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies to retain, promote, and minimize client attrition.
  • Monitor account performance and provide support to clients with their challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives within large companies in Europe.
  • Plan and execute post-sale strategies to ensure clients maximize their investment value.
  • Demonstrate leadership and sector expertise.

Requirements

  • At least a first experience in managing a large, global, sophisticated, and strategic account portfolio at a senior level.
  • Experience in account management in digital marketing (analysis, optimization/conversion, and/or social).
  • Adaptable, tenacious, and results-oriented.
  • Master of English and Spanish.
