We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide governmental clients in the design and execution of personal documentation systems (such as passports and ID cards), ensuring that projects are delivered punctually, within financial constraints, and to the utmost quality standards.
This role will have an international scope, with a particular emphasis on the LATAM region.
As a Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the project development strategy, encompassing roadmaps, timelines, cost projections, resource allocations, and documentation.
- Analyzing and documenting project requirements through engagement with stakeholders.
- Overseeing project progress in relation to scope, timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting risk assessments and tracking the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Providing clear vision and direction to all stakeholders, including technical teams and both internal and external customers and partners.
- Assisting business teams as necessary in preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and presenting products.
- Formulating, managing, and executing the development plan for one or multiple projects totaling over 30,000 hours.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Technical expertise in various international projects with a strong systems-oriented focus.
- A thorough understanding of the project lifecycle, with strong management and organizational skills (Agile methodology).
- A willingness to travel, as this position requires approximately one week of travel per quarter.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- Experience in pre-sales activities.
- Background in IT security.
- Familiarity with the ID and personal documentation sector.
