Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to drive our Channel Management strategy and sales through Integrators in the France and Benelux markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing ongoing actions and activities to ensure successful growth of our Channel business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a business plan for the growth of indirect channels in line with overall market goals.
  • Responsible for channel addition and ongoing relations.
  • Generate leads and opportunities through upselling and cross-selling defined products and solutions.
  • Lead and opportunity management, cross-selling, and upselling, as well as fact-based value selling, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Lead the deployment of relevant solutions in dimensions of indirect channels.
  • Responsible for onboarding, engagement, and experience of indirect channels.
  • Establish account plans for selected customers with periodical reviews of channel performance.
  • Leverage digital platforms to drive engagement with indirect channel customers, promote Tetra Pak's portfolio, and build awareness and capability in the channel.
  • Implement the global channel strategy at the market level.
  • Develop internal awareness of indirect channels at the market level.
  • Select the appropriate portfolio based on channel capability and channel business development strategy. Secure channel competence by providing necessary training and support.
  • Secure strong collaboration with Services on channel activities and initiatives.
  • Participate in industry meetings and maintain a network of connections through social networking, industry events, etc., with the objective of expanding the network of indirect channels.
Requirements
  • Understanding of customer business strategy, including financial performance, business operations, industry trends, regulatory environment, value chain drivers, and competitive environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate good knowledge and apply key account management principles.
  • Ability to negotiate with customers using proven negotiation techniques and leveraging Tetra Pak's commercial conditions, pricing, contract terms, and authorization matrix relevant for that market or region.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial results and risks involved in business opportunities and make strategic choices that are in the best interest of the company.
  • Ability to translate fact-based information into annual business plans and strategies.
  • Ability to build credibility with key decision-makers and influencers in the customer's organization.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
