VMA Direct is seeking a highly skilled Digital Channel and Content Communications Lead to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our global communications function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital communication strategy across our company website and social media platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with our global brand initiatives and fosters a robust network of contributors.
- Identify and share content in appropriate external and internal channels, ensuring seamless user journeys across social media platforms, the website, and other corporate channels.
- Curate and contribute to our Central Asset Library, incorporating content from Marketing Communications and leading the production or modification of digital assets.
- Analyze Google Analytics data and create dashboards to monitor user experience and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external communications suppliers to manage support services effectively.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in digital content management and social media strategies.
- Strong editorial skills in English, with the ability to translate individual facts into a compelling narrative.
- Demonstrated understanding of web analytics and SEO principles, with proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with the capability to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
