Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Coordinate project timelines with project managers
- Track the advancement of work alongside project managers
- Supervise the performance of subcontractors in collaboration with project managers
- Conduct site evaluations in partnership with project managers
- Provide progress updates to management
- Communicate project status to clients
- Financial Oversight:
- Perform monthly financial reviews of projects
- Manage invoicing and billing processes
