Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Country Manager to lead our team and develop business in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Key Accounts, channel partners, and sales activities for UPS & Data Center products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business development activities through Key Accounts and channel partners in France.
- Position Delta as the preferred supplier of products and solutions for enterprise & Data Center infrastructure management.
- Persistently explore and uncover business needs to drive and develop Delta UPS & Data Center sales.
- Grow market share by enhancing market footprint, supporting and developing Key Accounts and channel partners network, monitoring competitors' activities, and managing communications with partners.
- Provide monthly reports of forecast and pipeline.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, product launchings, and similar events.
- Ensure documentation of presentations, financial reports, supplier contracts, price quotations, and other paperwork are in line with corporate policies.
- Conduct contract negotiations with partners/customers.
- Work with partners to influence end-users' designs in compliance with Delta's products & solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Key Account/Country Management, primarily in ICT domain.
- Good understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the competitive environment, key competitors' products, and pricing.
- Good understanding and experience in project management.
- Able to discuss and communicate technical details.
- Excellent organizational & prioritization skills.
- Able and willing to travel regularly.
- Fluent in English and Native French speaker.
