Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Country Manager for MCIS to manage and develop our business and market share in France. This role will be responsible for developing and managing business development activities, positioning Delta as a preferred supplier, and persistently exploring and uncovering business needs to drive and develop Delta UPS & Data Center sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business development activities through Key Accounts and channel partners in France for UPS & Data Center products and solutions.
  • Position Delta as a preferred supplier of products and solutions for enterprise & Data Center infrastructure management.
  • Persistently explore and uncover business needs to drive and develop Delta UPS & Data Center sales.
  • Grow market share by enhancing market footprint, supporting and developing Key Accounts and channel partners network, monitoring competitors' activities, managing communications with partners, creating plans for growing market share, and monitoring Key Accounts and channel activities.
  • Provide monthly reports of forecast and pipeline.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, product launchings, and similar events.
  • Ensure that documentation of presentations, financial reports, supplier contracts, price quotations, and other paperwork are in line with corporate policies.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with partners/customers.
  • Work with partners for influencing end-users' designs in compliance with Delta's products & solutions.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Key Account/Country Management, primarily in ICT domain.
  • Good understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive environment, key competitors' products, and pricing.
  • Good understanding and experience in project management.
  • Able to discuss and communicate technical details.
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills.
  • Able and willing to travel regularly.
  • Fluent in English and Native French speaker.
