Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions (MCIS) team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business development activities, positioning Delta as a preferred supplier, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
  • Monitor competitors' activities and stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and product launch events
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in key account management, preferably in the ICT domain
  • Good understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive environment and key competitors' products
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English and native French speaker
