Our Mission
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Management:
- Pilot the restaurant, ensuring its smooth operation
- Lead and manage a team: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team cohesion
- Oversee HR management: scheduling, objectives, work hours, annual reviews
- Establish effective communication with teams and the management
- Operational:
- Ensure the smooth delivery of services and quality of service with managers (briefing, supervision, and follow-up)
- Ensure customer satisfaction (welcome, accompaniment, and listening)
- Supervise daily operations (orders, inventory, cash handling, and merchandise control)
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Manage stocks and inventory
- Hygiene:
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Hold a Bac +2/+3 degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant director or 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and ensure their well-being
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
Benefits
- Competitive salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year
