Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 Technical Support

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Level 2 support role
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively convey technical and functional details of development and production issues to facilitate solutions with Application Development teams and senior management
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Service Management and Knowledge Management
  • Proficient in SQL (Pl/SQL)
  • Ability to analyze joins, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Mandatory experience with Unix and Shell Scripting
  • Competent in monitoring processes and identifying script errors
  • Hands-on experience in reading and debugging code (Java or any Object-Oriented Programming language)
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging, with the capability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Ability to work under pressure, maintain quality standards, and focus on results
