Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft O365 expert to join our team at Tilencia. As a key member of our Corporate IT department, you will be responsible for managing our Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the platform with the assistance of the L3 team, handling incidents, tickets, and tasks for all business units.
  • Be involved in project deployment and migration, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide training and assistance to business units, promoting effective use of Microsoft O365 services.
  • Collaborate with the L3 team to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (all services) and Active Directory (infrastructure).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

Technical Environment:

  • Active Directory: 100 DC, single forest, 29 domains.
  • Office 365: ADFS / AAD / Signe Tenant – Licences M365E3 – 12K users.

Working Arrangements:

  • On-site work: 3 days per week.
  • Remote work: 2 days per week.
