Business Development Specialist

Mirakl is a global leader in platform business innovation, empowering retail and B2B enterprises with cutting-edge technology to digitize and expand product assortment through marketplace and dropship, improve efficiency in supplier catalog management and payments, personalize shopping experiences, and boost profits through retail media.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and promoting the adoption of Mirakl's retail media solution, Mirakl Ads. Your primary responsibility will involve recruiting and onboarding strategic advertisers onto their Retail Media programs.
Your Impact:
- Develop and execute growth strategies with Mirakl Marketplace operators to maximize both the volume of active players and the value invested in advertising solutions.
- Lead business development operations through appropriate offers and acquisition channels.
- Negotiate and convince advertisers to rapidly start on the platform.
- Support and train them to create advertising campaigns and optimize them through available product features and data-based recommendations.
- Monitor both operator ads income evolution and performance of key advertisers.
- Constantly animate the ads ecosystem with offers, recommendations, and analysis to secure understanding of ads value proposition and business dynamics.
Your Profile:
- You have a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- A prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management is mandatory.
- Experience in online advertising is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- You have an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships.
- You are a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments.
- Fluency in French and English languages is required.
