Summary of the Role
The Change Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of the FNICAP Change Management Plan, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress on submitted changes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing review of the FNICAP Change Management Plan.
- Maintain an up-to-date Change Register, accurately reflecting the status of changes within the project.
- Monitor project changes to close-out, ensuring timely progression of outstanding issues.
- Contribute to the management of the Change Committee.
- Present metrics to the Senior Project Team regarding changes within the project on a regular basis.
- Identify trends in submitted changes and highlight these to the Senior Project Team for review.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison with project stakeholders.
- Regularly review the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and build strong relationships, challenge, and influence others to achieve a common goal.
- Collaborative mindset, with resilience and tenacity to deliver targets.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Commercial awareness and familiarity with project management skillsets.
- Change Management certification is desirable.
- Familiarity with HMNB Clyde and its complex operating environment would be beneficial.
- Understanding of the CEMAR Contract Management Software Tool.
- Understanding of the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract.
