Your Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in high-capacity environments, managing an average of 150-200 place settings per day. You are a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Demonstrated success as a manager or assistant in commercial catering both domestically and internationally.

Your Skills

  • Extensive experience as a restaurant manager or team leader. You are energetic, meticulous, and deeply committed to management while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • You will take full ownership of your operations, accountable for meeting both qualitative and quantitative goals established in collaboration with upper management. Your role will ensure the seamless daily operations of the restaurant assigned to you, aiming for both exceptional customer experiences and the enhancement of sales and profitability.

Your Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

In your role within the restaurant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing material cost management and administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, as well as the establishment's quality standards and budgetary constraints (including staff training).
  • Acting as the brand ambassador both within the establishment and externally.
  • Maintaining the establishment's reputation.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and adapting services to meet their needs effectively.
  • Participating actively in the recruitment process alongside the Operations Manager.
  • Managing and coordinating team activities, schedules, and service quality.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and the BC7 Chef to design innovative seasonal menus.
  • Working closely with your assistant manager, the culinary team, and the regional director, performing your duties with conviction and fostering teamwork.
