Senior Solution Consultant for B2B eProcurement Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our Amazon Business Professional Services team in Paris. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on how to leverage Amazon Business solutions to drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Engage with customer executives, including Procurement, Finance, and Technical leadership, to understand pain points, strategy, and goals for Purchasing, Finance, and Digitalization.
- Process Analysis: Deep dive on the customer's internal purchase to pay processes and systems to understand their needs and requirements.
- Solution Recommendations: Act as the trusted consultant for your customers, providing recommendations on how Amazon Business can deliver value for their strategies, processes, and tools.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with your customers and gain commitment to implement Amazon Business solutions.
- Requirements Relay: Relay customer needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Sales, Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams, and Leadership.
- Project Evaluation: Lead project evaluation against predefined KPIs and meet or exceed targets for customers and spend adoption.

Requirements- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Fluency in French and English language.
- Experience with procurement technology like e-procurement systems and technical integrations.
- Italian or Spanish language proficiency.
