Mission Support and Data Management Specialist

Au sein de la région PACA, SERAMM recrute un(e) :
CHARGE DE MISSIONS SUPPORTSET DE GESTION DE DONNEES EN ALTERNANCE (H/F)
Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l'Agence Métier Réseau, vous réaliserez des missions transverses supports pour les Services « Ouvrages de Collecte » et « Enquêtes et Pluvial ».
- Rédiger des fiches pratiques et accompagner les équipes de terrain pour optimiser l'utilisation de l'outil MJ Fleet (logiciel de planification et de gestion des interventions)
- S'approprier l'outil HummBox (solution déployée pour mesurer le niveau de déchets en continu dans les avaloirs connectés du réseau pluvial) pour :
- Accompagner les utilisateurs et suivre les indicateurs liés aux capteurs
- Intervenir sur les avaloirs connectés dans le cadre du suivi des remédiations de capteurs
- Fiable et sécuriser les indicateurs et le cahier des charges de l'Avenant 8 et de l'Avenant 7 du contrat de DSP notamment au niveau du suivi des équipements des avaloirs (clapets, bavettes...)
- Assurer la cohérence entre l'Avenant 8 du contrat de DSP et les données délivrées par les capteurs
Vous effectuez une formation type Bac +3 ou équivalent Applications Informatiques et/ou Eau et Assainissement avec une expertise informatique. Vous possédez idéalement une première expérience en stage et/ou alternance dans le secteur d'activité visé. Vous possédez de réelles connaissances du Pack Office ainsi qu'une appétence pour les outils bureautiques.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité de prise d'initiative, votre autonomie, votre sens du service et votre appétence pour les activités terrain. Le travail d'équipe est un élément moteur pour vous.
