Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our vision of electrification and sustainable growth.
  • Utilize market intelligence and business assessment to identify and seize business opportunities, enhancing our market presence and customer engagement.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams and with external partners to develop and market innovative solutions that address and accelerate the energy transition.
  • Drive sales and marketing excellence, leveraging digital and traditional channels to communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Champion the customer experience, ensuring our solutions meet their evolving needs and contribute to our goal of sustainable development.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in sales & marketing management, ideally within the electrical equipment sector or related industries.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful global strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading diverse teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Adaptability and an international mindset, ready to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
