We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Fish Field Inc. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customer project- and solution life cycle services, including consulting, project management, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairing of power solutions at the customer site.
Key Responsibilities- Visit customer sites to install, maintain, commission, and repair power supply and related systems, including battery maintenance and swap-over.
- Test and replace defect components to put the system into operation according to pre-defined standards.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation relating to site visits, including field service reports, expenses, and overtime sheets.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Confer with customers and third parties to clarify terms and conditions relating to on-site activities.
- Provide technical training and instructions to people on the customer's site.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of service repair equipment.
- Keep track of necessary calibration or exchange of equipment.
- Ensure health and safety measures are taken before entering the customer's site.
- Inform the customer about possible system improvements and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
- Proactively sell customer services based on suspected customer needs.
- Sufficient relevant experience in the repair to component level of electrical/electronic equipment in a field service role (at least 4-5 years).
- Experience with power electronic systems and related installation/maintenance/service procedures.
- Willingness to work in weekends and night shifts to ensure 24/7 hours availability to clients according to the planning schedule.
