Scouts et Guides de France, a recognized public utility organization dedicated to youth development and community service, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and supporting our local groups and territories.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, maintaining efficiency and order within the organization.
- Manage the financial and logistical aspects of our resource center, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and utilized.
- Coordinate grant applications and funding opportunities, securing essential financial support for our programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate new financial resources, expanding our funding base and sustainability.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and financial training to volunteers, empowering them to contribute effectively to the organization.
- Foster a collaborative network of administrative and financial support across local groups and territories.
- Contribute to cross-cutting projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Represent Scouts et Guides de France externally, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting our mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience working within volunteer networks, demonstrating a strong understanding of their unique needs and dynamics.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of institutional regulations and compliance requirements.
