As a Procurement Legal Counsel at AXA, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's procurement strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and draft contracts with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with AXA's procurement policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of procurement strategies, identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract management and risk assessment.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates, ensuring AXA's procurement practices remain compliant.
- Master's degree in Law, with a focus on contract law and procurement.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract negotiation, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
