Role Summary:



Teads is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to lead the development and execution of our France and Belgium brand strategy.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the creation of world-class marketing communications for Teads across our brands, advertisers, and agency clients, as well as our publisher portfolio.
  • Work closely with our sales and publishing teams to ensure they are fully supported with marketing collateral and content.
  • Develop and execute our media and local key messaging strategy across all media, including press, broadcast, and publications, to raise Teads' profile and market our activities.
  • Manage and develop our global events program, including associated marketing communications plans, to ensure it is responsive to stakeholder needs and preferences.
  • Develop publicity materials (printed and email format) for our marketing efforts, including keeping our media kit up to date.
  • Set up, monitor, and forecast an accurate marketing budget in collaboration with our Managing Director, Marketing Director EMEA, and CMO.


Requirements:


  • At least strong professional experience in communications and marketing, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communication activities – media, websites, publications, marketing, social media, and events.
  • Proven experience working with senior marketers at agencies and global brands, as well as expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization.
  • Considerable event experience and a successful track record of effective delivery across the full range of communications disciplines.
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks at the same time under pressure and in a non-precious way.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience in managing communications projects from start to finish.
  • Proven experience working with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing skills and fluency in both English and French.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, utilizing resources effectively, and strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence across the organization and externally.
