We are seeking a highly skilled Product Safety Specialist to join our team at TMC. As a Product Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our automotive products.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Management: Define and drive the requirements management process for automotive product development and relevant documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders to drive horizontal and vertical linking of requirements, tests, and results.
- Project Requirements Status Reporting: Provide regular project requirements status reports.
- Impact Analysis: Support impact analysis in case of requirements changes.
- Data Exchange: Manage and support data exchange process, including formatted printing, export/import to and from various tools.
- Training and Support: Train development team in Requirements Engineering process and support Requirements Management Tools.
- Business Representation: Represent the business in Cross Business Alignments and Process Change Control Boards.
- Process Improvement: Provide improvement suggestions from own business and implement Change Control Boards decisions in own business.
- Education: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in information management, electronics, software engineering, or similar.
- Experience: Min. 5 years of working experience in product definition and/or requirements engineering.
- Skills: Very good communication skills, self-managed and organized, excellent English skills, both oral and written, knowledge of ISO 26262 specifications, and basic understanding of project management.
