As a pivotal SAP Change, Adoption, and Training Specialist, you will contribute to a significant initiative focused on enhancing the efficiency of Hermès Retail supply chain and Store Operations through the integration of Retail SAP.
Your role will involve a deep understanding of the challenges associated with ensuring optimal product availability. You will be dedicated to facilitating the company's digital transformation journey.
Your commitment will be to assess the impacts of change on personnel, processes, and the organization, while proposing clear methods to convey the terminology, procedures, and tools to assist in this transformation.
Your proficiency in developing and delivering training methodologies and instructional design will be crucial for fostering the adoption of new processes and systems at both central and local levels.
This role may involve travel within and outside the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Adoption:
- Evaluate and support the impact assessments related to new processes, responsibilities, or functionalities during deployment and for specific change requests.
- Assist Business Process Owners and Business Owners in their respective domains, ensuring a robust change management approach.
- Support the change management strategy, ensuring a successful deployment that aids stakeholders in understanding and communicating effectively.
Documentation & Training Development:
- Create change materials such as impact analyses, brainstorming sessions, and evaluation activities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procedures and actions, ensuring clarity and anticipating user inquiries.
- Contribute to the design of the change strategy, utilizing process documentation, user training pathways, and deployment plans.
Training Material Creation:
- Engage in training design workshops to serve as a liaison between business, IT, and change management teams.
- Develop training materials (presentations, online tutorials, videos, e-learning storyboards) ensuring content relevance and alignment with user roles.
- Update training materials for existing and new tools associated with the project.
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for trainers, key users, and end-users.
- Coordinate logistics for both on-site and remote training sessions.
- Guide hands-on exercises and provide continuous support to participants.
Monitoring & Optimization:
- Establish and track Adoption KPIs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Identify improvement areas and adjust training materials as necessary.
- Maintain documentation and reports to monitor progress and assess training impact.
- Recommend follow-up KPIs and activities to ensure sustainability.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Familiarity with luxury, supply chain, merchandising, and store operations concepts.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in international projects related to store operations, supply chain, or IT implementation.
- Strong ability to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT systems such as SAP and CEGID.
