About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to play a crucial role in defining and implementing the product strategy based on our e-commerce vision. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products, features, and processes within the e-commerce area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the development of new products, features, and processes within the e-commerce area.
  • Product Backlog Management: Maintain the product backlog, prioritize features/user stories, and plan releases.
  • User Representation: Represent users and stakeholders, translating their needs into functionalities.
  • Sprint Execution: Ensure the smooth running of sprints and contribute to achieving product and tribe OKRs.
  • Team Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and product processes.
  • Product Testing: Carry out product tests to guarantee stability with each release.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Product Owner position in an IT environment.
  • Good understanding of credit and/or policy management processes.
  • Strong experience in advancing projects with a technical dimension.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and user-centered design.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
