Are you enthusiastic about mechanical systems and skilled in leading teams? Keolis Monts Jura is seeking a Mechanical Team Leader to enhance our operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a group of four mechanics, ensuring the upkeep and repair of our bus fleet. You will also engage in mission planning and play a vital role in advancing our workshop through Lean Management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of mechanics
  • Oversee maintenance and repair tasks for the bus fleet
  • Engage in planning and scheduling missions
  • Support the development and improvement of workshop processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bac+2 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Background in the transportation sector
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and adaptively
