Our Global Workspace Solution (GWS) division focuses on assisting clients in managing their commercial properties, production facilities, and technical sites efficiently and safely through integrated facility management and project management.
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to join our team in Paris on a full-time basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive representation of the CBRE employer brand.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to grasp job specifications and source suitable candidates from various platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with all parties involved throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage assigned vacancies effectively, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs to attract top talent.
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition and People teams to ensure high-quality candidate sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool to meet recruitment demands.
- Enhance talent acquisition processes by sharing insights and best practices within the team.
- Adhere to the preferred supplier list (PSL) and established recruitment protocols.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential talent sources based on organizational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards while promoting Talent Resourcing Principles.
- Support various recruitment initiatives as directed by Talent Acquisition Leads.
- Utilize direct sourcing methods to generate a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Champion CBRE's employer branding efforts to attract a varied talent base.
- Serve as a primary contact for candidates and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other reporting tools to provide regular recruitment activity insights.
- Manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies as per the agreed PSL.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on diverse information sources.
- Open-mindedness towards innovative solutions and perspectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a curious mindset.
