Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Katoen Natie in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, France.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key clients to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and guarantee compliance with contractual agreements and internal processes.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, developing annual key account plans to deliver exceptional customer care and service.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement action plans to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer markets and trends to inform business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional language skills a plus.
