The Director of Building Operations will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and technical feasibility.
  2. Manage resources efficiently, allocating labor, materials, and timelines as needed.
  3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.
  4. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to framework conditions.
  5. Monitor project performance using relevant tools and report to senior management as required.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and third-party contractors.
  7. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  8. Establish and manage project budgets to ensure financial accountability.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
  3. Proven leadership experience in the construction industry.
