Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Accor. As a Senior Sales Manager/ADOS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with key clients in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue growth in the MICE segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling hotel services.
  • Conduct site inspections and entertainment meetings with potential clients to showcase hotel facilities and services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor competitors' sales strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive sales growth and improve business results.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create effective sales reports.
