The Role
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- You will be the primary point of contact for onboarding partners, guiding them through the process and addressing any operational questions or concerns.
- With a strong focus on technical expertise, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing innovative solutions and workarounds.
- Through regular check-ins and proactive communication, you will maintain a strong operational relationship with our partners, identifying areas for improvement and advocating for their needs within the organization.
- Additionally, you will monitor and advise on Partner Support and Delivery Support performance, ensuring our partners receive the best possible service.
Who are you?
- You are a product generalist with a passion for solving complex user-related problems, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- With experience in customer-facing roles, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interface with technical teams and stakeholders.
- You are a quick learner, able to prioritize and respond to high-impact requests from multiple channels, and are energized by technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- As a self-motivated individual, you are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to dive right in and make a difference.
- Finally, you possess a strong educational background, with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and fluency in French and English.
