Key Responsibilities:- Achieve seasonal sales and distribution targets in the defined territory
- Meet seasonal key product category objectives in sales and distribution
- Identify territory sales, distribution, and promotion opportunities
- Take care of all customer-related topics, including sales and accounting aspects
- Ensure a high level of product expertise and brand knowledge for store employees in Premium Partner and selected category specialty doors
- Inform Market Manager of trade-related information on an ongoing basis
- Share best practices across sales and marketing teams
- 5-6 years of experience in related sales roles with strong selling and negotiating skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sell-through and sales data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (pivot tables)
- Fluency in French and English
