About the Team:
The role of the Alliances Team is to identify, train & manage a network of external partners in countries where FuturMaster is not implemented: mostly Europe (except France and the UK), the Middle East and Africa. These partners are called Value Added Resellers (VAR).
The Alliances Team is an incubator inside FuturMaster: a new VAR is a new entrepreneurial adventure for the team to build from scratch. From sales enablement to marketing practices, including knowledge of the solution and implementation, the Alliances Team on-boards & assists the new partners until they are completely autonomous to represent FuturMaster in their country, sell and implement the solution for customers on their own.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Alliances Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Introducing FuturMaster to new partners through initial meetings and qualifying their fit to sign a partnership agreement.
- Presenting product demos to VARs to help them understand our sales practices.
- On-boarding and training new VARs on sales enablement, marketing practices, the solution, and implementation in collaboration with other departments.
- Assisting new VARs on their first sales cycles and customer projects in collaboration with the Consulting team.
- Monitoring and following up on customer care ticketing after new VARs have successfully completed their first projects.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in creating, leading, driving, and training networks, communities, or partners.
- Experience in implementing APS-type software.
- Skills and experience in project management in Supply Chain.
- Fluency in French and English, with a third language being a bonus.
