Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for public sector clients, managing a portfolio exceeding 2 million euros annually. You will lead and mentor teams of 2 to 3 professionals, overseeing all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to secure new contracts with public sector clients.
- Lead the bidding process for electrical and telecommunications network projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Oversee project execution, managing field teams and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients, building strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
