Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global marketing strategies to drive business growth and market leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and craft actionable recommendations.
- Analyze market data and transform insights into strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with regions to elevate initiatives and connect with corporate strategy.
- Develop and execute market segment strategies, including market data analysis and opportunity identification.
- Transform data into actionable insights to drive innovation and business growth.
- Lead and steer innovation platforms, including stage gate processes.
- Prioritize innovation projects and determine their potential impact on the business.
- Connect with external partners to accelerate innovation and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand key opportunities and identify gaps in the current product portfolio.
- Accountable for segment VM and GM performance.
- 15+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, strategy, and/or innovation within the food ingredients and/or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing strategies and programs, leading a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from large data sets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present at the board level.
- Familiarity with human-centered design thinking, project management, and innovation processes.
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Economics, or related technical degree.
