We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Mobility Advisor to join our team at Sirva Bgrs Llc. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on relocation and assignment issues to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with client HR and line management to determine the most suitable mobility solutions for each relocation/assignment scenario.
- Provide policy counseling and guidance on policy selection, delivering costing analyses, researching immigration timelines/challenges, and reviewing payroll solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR and line management, assisting with navigating overall process and systems.
- Collaborate closely with SIRVA Consultants to ensure seamless transitions and provide guidance throughout the relocation/assignment lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 years' experience administering relocation policy.
- French tax and social security experience is preferred.
- Domestic and international relocation counseling experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in PC software, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and job-related systems.
