We are seeking a detail-oriented and systematic Finance Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to financial regulations and providing assistance in various financial and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee expense documentation
- Administer corporate credit card transactions
- Verify vendor accounts
- Support the security of financial data
- Assist with financial analysis
- Liaise with external organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset
