Position Overview:

Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Paris

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations, manage tax registration processes, handle invoicing, and maintain financial records, ensuring timely submissions to tax authorities on a monthly basis.

2. Administrative Duties: Facilitate daily office operations and reception tasks.

3. Human Resources: Manage employee attendance records and assist in recruitment efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Completion of a university-level education.

2. 2-3 years of experience in finance, administration, human resources, or related fields.

3. Demonstrated sense of responsibility, professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

4. Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment.

5. Proven history of achieving results.
