Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Lyon, France. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our OEM and end-user customers in the mechanical and chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our portfolio and win new accounts in the specified sectors (01, 38, 39, 71, 73, and 74).
- Provide technical and commercial expertise to customers, including advice on innovative solutions with high added value, and the quality of our products and services.
- Collaborate with our market managers and application engineers to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
- Travel to customer sites, staying in hotels for 2-3 nights a week, to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing mechanical or chemical products and solutions for a manufacturer or specialist distributor.
- Strong technical and commercial background, with a focus on solution-oriented sales and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our global team in English. German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of results and entrepreneurial spirit.
