We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team at Yokogawa Electric Corporation. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network security solutions based on our best practices and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Comply with network security guidelines, design approaches, and documents for project implementation
- Test 3rd party devices on Yokogawa CENTUM DCS environment
- Perform system audits, health checks, preventive maintenance, patch updates, and firmware upgrades
- Provide 24/7 emergency and on-call support for troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and support
- Collaborate with the multinational engineering team to support project managers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronic/IT Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in OT/IT industry
- Knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Anti-Virus ePO, WSUS, NAC, NMS, N/W switches, and backup systems
- MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP certifications
- Endpoint Protection: McAfee ePO suite, VSE, ENS, and Application Control (Whitelisting) Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEPM)
- Microsoft Platform: Active Directory, Group Policy, System Hardening
- WSUS patch management
- Backup & Recovery: Acronis, Symantec Backup Exec & SSR, Netbackup
- Familiarity with bare metal backup & recovery, SAN, LTO Tape library setup
- Network Platform: Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Juniper; Switching & Routing, Network Monitoring using Solarwinds / WhatsUpGold
- Network architecture design and implementation
- Virtualization: VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, high availability
- Hardware: HP, Dell, SAN, Tape Library
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as: ISO 27001, NIST Guidelines, and IEC/ISA
- Familiarity with available technology in the automation market
