About the JobMirakl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the rapid adoption of Mirakl Ads, a retail media solution that enables companies to monetize their eCommerce web traffic. As a key member of the Mirakl product team, you will be responsible for imagining and executing the product vision, communicating it to stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and business value of the solution.
Key Responsibilities- Define the short and long-term roadmap for Mirakl Ads features in collaboration with the Product Director and Chief Product Officer.
- Develop product strategy, identifying technological partners or potential acquisitions that can bring value to clients and co-constructing integration scenarios.
- Imagine new innovative features and evolve existing product features to improve client performance.
- Build and maintain market and product analyses, exchanging with clients to collect feedback and anticipate future needs.
- Manage, maintain, and prioritize the functional backlog for the development team, leading the team to focus on priority subjects to continuously bring value.
- Closely collaborate with other teams, including Data Science and Product Design, to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the product.
- At least 5/7 years of experience in a SaaS software publisher, including at least 2 years in the retail media universe.
- Expertise in one of the following domains: catalog flow management, data science and ML, client integration, data & measure, insights.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Good sensitivity to data, design, and agility topics.
- Demonstrated communication and relational skills.
- Able to make decisions and demonstrate autonomy.
- Familiar with agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban...).
