About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales team in France. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enterprise Sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in France
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Support, to drive sales and customer success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in France
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in Enterprise Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
