Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical aspects of the FIA Off-Road Championships, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to the Rallycross World Championship.
- Develop and implement technical regulations, amendments, and proposals for the FIA's sporting commission.
- Monitor the development of the Cross Car category, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Conduct homologation processes for Cross Car chassis, working closely with ASNs and other stakeholders.
- Design and prepare scrutineering tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent expertise.
- 10-15 years of experience, with several years in high-level competition environments.
- In-depth knowledge of powertrain types (ICE, electric, new energies) and technical parameters of competition cars.
- Global understanding of physics principles (mechanics, aerodynamics, electricity).
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data acquisition software, and SolidWorks.
- Ability to engage with international stakeholders, competitors, and event organizers.
- Capacity to travel extensively, representing the FIA at events and meetings.
