We are seeking a Human Resource Administrator/Staff Accountant to support our expanding team. This role will assist management in HR functions, administer payroll and benefits, and contribute to the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee personnel files.
- Support recruitment efforts and perform administrative duties.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting & Payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles and federal/state/local regulations.
- Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
