Senior Financial Valuation Manager – H/F

Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Financial Valuation Manager H/F.

Dans le cadre de nos missions d'évaluation et de modélisation financière, nos équipes collaborent avec des entreprises cotées et non cotées, des fonds d'investissement et des cabinets d'avocats sur des enjeux transactionnels, fiscaux, juridiques et comptables.

Vous serez impliqué(e) dans le développement de solutions pour les problématiques des clients, l'élaboration d'hypothèses, l'analyse de données et la production de livrables. Vous interagirez avec les clients tout au long des différentes phases des projets. Des déplacements peuvent être nécessaires, et vous aurez la possibilité de combiner télétravail et présentiel.

Vous participerez à toutes les étapes d'une mission d'évaluation d'entreprises, d'actifs incorporels, de valorisation de produits dérivés et de modélisations complexes, notamment :

  • Gestion et supervision de toutes les missions d'évaluation et de modélisation financière selon les normes du cabinet ;
  • Entretiens préliminaires avec les clients, collecte d'informations et rédaction de propositions ;
  • Sélection et application des méthodes d'évaluation adéquates ;
  • Détermination des indicateurs et paramètres de valorisation pertinents, mise en œuvre des méthodes d'évaluation, appréciation des primes et décotes, études de sensibilité ;
  • Encadrement de la construction des modèles financiers ;
  • Rédaction de rapports, de documents de présentation ou de propositions ;
  • Réalisation et supervision des recherches, analyses de marché, études concurrentielles ;
  • Animation et management d'une équipe d'analystes et de stagiaires ;
  • Reporting régulier aux Directeurs et Associés ;
  • Supervision et présentation des travaux aux clients ;
  • Contribution au développement de relations commerciales avec les clients et prospects.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion opérationnelle des missions et dans les interactions avec les parties prenantes.

Vous aurez également des échanges avec d'autres départements du cabinet et pourrez participer à la vie interne et au développement de l'entreprise.

Enfin, vous travaillerez de manière autonome et, avec l'expérience, vous pourrez encadrer des consultants juniors selon votre niveau d'expertise. Le secteur du conseil étant en pleine expansion, de nombreuses opportunités d'évolution seront à votre portée.

ET VOUS ?

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, titulaire d'un double diplôme ou d'un équivalent universitaire en comptabilité/finance.

Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience en Évaluation et Modélisation Financière, Services de Transaction, Finance d'Entreprise ou de Marché.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et vous possédez de solides capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et capable de travailler sous pression, de prendre des initiatives et de prioriser vos tâches.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la suite Office, en particulier Excel (VBA inclus) et PowerPoint, ainsi que R/Stata/Matlab.

Vous avez des bases solides en comptabilité, un intérêt marqué pour les mathématiques financières, et des connaissances des méthodes d'évaluation d'entreprises et de modèles dérivés.

Enfin, vous êtes curieux(se), dynamique et aimez relever des défis . Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l'entrepreneuriat.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
