We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the UK market. As a key member of our Customer Success & Account Management team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies on the UK market, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimize campaign performance.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performances, developing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with AdOps and Sales Marketing teams to secure campaign delivery and build effective media and insights solutions.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or saleshouse on a similar position.
- Market Knowledge: First experience with the UK market is appreciated.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills, fluent in English and French, solid computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Suite, ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem identifier and problem solver, ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team.
