Join Our Team as a Retail Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Retail Design Specialist to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and transforming the ambiance of our retail spaces, ensuring an unforgettable and enthralling experience for our clients.

Your Mission
  • Draft and execute innovative design concepts that bring our brands and products to life at our POS (point of sale)
  • Adapt retail concepts according to distribution area & channels
  • Design the architecture & detailed store layouts of stands, shops, podiums, windows, permanent fixtures with strong visual impact
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions
  • Pilot and manage diverse design projects (creation, execution, feasibility, timing) ensuring perfect coordination and adhering to brands' image, deadlines and budgets
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams, ensuring design integrity and brands' identity are maintained
Requirements
  • Master's degree in interior design, architecture, product design or a related field
  • Strong conceptualization and visualization skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail design, interior design
  • Sensitivity to aesthetics & strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with design software such as SketchUp Pro, Adobe & MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
