Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- AI Language Model Integration: Responsible for integrating multilingual natural language processing (NLP) and generation technologies such as OpenAI GPT-4, Google Cloud Translation API, Microsoft Azure Translator Text API, ensuring the system accurately understands and responds to user inquiries.
- Backend Architecture Development: Design and develop a microservices architecture, including fault handling, question answering, and multilingual translation modules, ensuring the system's efficiency and scalability.
- Multilingual Database Design: Build and manage a multilingual database, maintaining a repository of FAQs, error code descriptions, and other information, enabling customers to quickly find assistance.
- Multilingual Translation and Q&A System Development: Use NLP techniques for intent classification and recognition in user queries, supporting fault handling and FAQ responses.
- User Interface (UI) Design and Integration: Collaborate with the front-end development team to design intuitive user interfaces, offering features such as multilingual switching and question categorization, enhancing the customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Collect user feedback and usage data to continually optimize the model's multilingual processing capabilities and fault accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and multilingual text processing, with experience using OpenAI GPT-4, Google Cloud Translation, and Microsoft Azure Translator Text APIs.
- Strong knowledge of database design, capable of managing and maintaining a multilingual FAQ and error code database.
- Familiarity with common AI development frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow) and microservices architecture design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other data transmission technologies.
- Hands-on experience in developing multilingual or AI-powered customer support systems or intelligent Q&A systems is a plus.
- Practical experience in intent recognition and question classification in cross-language environments.
- Fluent English communication skills, with proficiency in other languages (French, German, Italian) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to work efficiently in remote or hybrid environments.
- Experience with Rasa, Dialogflow CX, or data analysis for model optimization would be an advantage.
